Studio Three in River North has a Real Good Juice Bar in its lobby, so you can fuel up with a smoothie, cold pressed juice, or coffee after taking a yoga or cycling class. While monthly memberships are available, this fitness studio has flexible plans including buying 1 class at a time.

Next Door Cafe in Lincoln Park is a State Farm sponsored venue that sells coffee but everything else is free - from personal finance, to running clubs, or yoga and mindfulness classes. The Daystar Center is a similar community organization with classes ranging from holistic living to fitness classes like Zumba and yoga - the Overflow Coffee Bar in the lobby can keep you caffeinated.

 

Chicago's Jewish Community Center hosts hip fit classes including beer flights paired with yoga.

Chicago Distilling Co. has been known to host pop-up fitness classes from Crossfit Logan.

Chai Town Cafe serves a variety of healthy drinks and espresso, and including smoothies from the juice bar, shakes, aloe shots, and hot chocolate. This health and wellness-focused cafe is also home to Archer Fit Club. Together they put together fit camps, weight loss competitions, running meetups, and other events promoting fitness.

Bicycle enthusiasts can sip Gaslight Coffee and fix a flat at Tamago in Hyde Park. This cozy shop also hosts free evening classes and lectures.
